Essence of the Weird Exchange

We’ve all experienced meetings where one voice dominates the conversation. Ironically, those meetings often produce the least. The best leaders I’ve worked with aren’t the loudest people in the room.

They’re the most curious.
They ask thoughtful questions.
They draw quieter people into the discussion.
They genuinely want to understand perspectives different from their own.

That’s the essence of the Weird Exchange. Wisdom isn’t a performance. It’s a conversation.
Every time we create space for someone else’s perspective, we expand what’s possible for the entire team.

Leadership isn’t measured by how much you know. It’s measured by how much thinking you help unlock in others.
