Diversity of Thought can feel inconvenient, disruptive, or hard work. It asks us to listen longer, think deeper, and sometimes reconsider what we were certain about. That stretch is where stronger ideas and better decisions begin to take shape.

If every person in the room sounds the same, the outcome will too. The real value shows up when someone brings a view no one else was expecting and the group is willing to stay with it long enough to understand it.
