I’m thrilled to finally share a sneak peek of the cover for my upcoming book, Weird Wisdom® At Work! After months of writing, refining, and designing, it’s exciting to see the ideas and energy of the book reflected visually.

This book is all about embracing your unique perspective at work, leaning into your “weird,” and turning it into practical strategies that make teams stronger, ideas sharper, and workplaces more effective. Seeing the cover for the first time was a reminder of the journey behind it; stories, and insights that shaped every chapter.
