The Thinking Upgrade Test

Your decisions are only as good as the thinking behind them.

No organisation rises above the quality of its thinking. Systems, processes, frameworks; all of it comes second.

If the thinking that shaped them is outdated, biased, rushed, or narrow, then everything built from it inherits the same limitations.

Most leaders are excellent at collecting data but not always great at examining the filters that interpret it. We don’t make decisions based on facts alone, we make decisions based on stories, assumptions, values, fears, and habits layered over those facts.

Upgrading thinking isn’t about working harder.
It’s about widening perspective.

Diversity of Thought helps because it introduces friction, the healthy kind. It gives space for disagreement without hostility, challenge without defensiveness, curiosity without judgement.

Weird Wisdom® equips teams to hold that space. It makes room for paradox (two things can be true). It normalises failure as part of improvement. It welcomes the unknowns instead of pretending clarity exists where it doesn’t.

One question to test your thinking:

Is your strategy built to keep things comfortable or to move things forward?

There’s a difference. And it shows.
