#WeirdLinkedIn

This morning I found out there’s a trending hashtag on LinkedIn: hashtag#WeirdLinkedIn.
It genuinely made me smile. A few people even dug deeper and came across the same definition of “Weird” I use in my work—one’s destiny.

Seeing more people embrace their Weird is a strong reminder that my book-in-progress, Weird Wisdom® at Work, is landing at just the right time. It’s not finished yet—but it’s close. And clearly, it’s needed.

It’s about how our experiences shape the way we think—and how the meaning we make from those experiences becomes a source of wisdom. That’s the heart of Weird Wisdom®, and the key to real Diversity of Thought.
