Inspire. Improve. Include.

It’s more than a reminder, it’s a way of being. I aim to do these three things in the work I do and the way I show up. But I also need to feel them in return.

At Asia Professional Speakers Singapore this past weekend, I did. Every session, hallway conversation, and shared moment reflected a generosity of spirit that reminded me exactly why I do this work.

These words aren’t just mine. They belong to all of us. When we live them, together we create something extraordinary.
