The best leaders don't eliminate uncertainty, they lead teams to explore it with courage

Don’t Eliminate Uncertainty

Let’s face it, uncertainty isn’t going away.
And the pressure on leaders to “have the answers” can be overwhelming.
But here’s the shift:
Leaders don’t need to remove uncertainty.
They need to guide their teams through it with confidence and creativity.

Here are 𝟱 𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗿𝘆 and more empowering:

1️⃣ Model vulnerable curiosity
Show your team it’s okay not to have all the answers—but to ask better questions.

2️⃣ Celebrate small experiments. Progress doesn’t always come from big bets. Test, learn, adjust.

3️⃣ Encourage divergent thinking. The most creative ideas come from unexpected angles. Make room for them.

4️⃣ Normalize failure as part of the process. When failure is safe, innovation thrives.

5️⃣ Use “what if” questions often. These spark imagination and unlock solutions you never saw coming.

This is the heart of Weird Wisdom® at Work embracing discomfort, creativity, and courage in times of change.
